Are there any interest or fees associated with Tabby or Emirates NBD?

There are no interest and no fees when purchasing via Tabby.

With Emirates NBD there is one time processing fee of AED49 per transaction.

Is there a limit on the value I can purchase an item through an installment plan?

The limits placed by our BNPL partners are as follows:

Installment plans from ENBD are dependent on the account user's credit score and eligibility, as per the bank.

Tabby offers a 4-Month installment plan of up to AED8,000 for new customers and a 5-Months installment plan of up to AED10,000 for existing customers.

Please note that invoices that exceed the aforementioned limits are subject to disapproval from the BNPL partners at their discretion.

Can I refund or exchange an item I purchase through installment plan?

We do not accept refunds or exchanges on items purchased through installment plans.
