Garderobe's Condition Guidelines

AUTHENTICATION

All our products go through rigorous checks by qualified experts utilizing the latest authentication technologies, like Entrupy, to scan and verify the authenticity of brands and products we sell. 

PRISTINE

Item is completely new and store ‘fresh’ and comes with all inclusions like tag, box, dust bag, authenticity card, booklet. 

EXCELLENT

Item is in near perfect condition and may have some minor wear. If there are any imperfections, they are barely visible. Any wear or imperfections would be fully described in the description of the bag and photos of any wear or imperfection will be included in the product shots. This item might have no inclusions at all or some missing inclusions (i.e. dust bag, box, tag, authenticity card, booklet) 

GOOD

Items may have some visible wear but remains in near excellent condition. Particularly good condition pieces are often older bags/items with signs of aging, such as very minor discoloration, wear and/or scratches which are fully described in the item description. 

FAIR

Items remains in good condition but has moderate imperfections that are visible. These imperfections could be from aging of the bag, regular wear and/or mild surface scratching.
