All international delivery times are subject to custom clearance. Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and are to be paid by the customer.
The amount to be paid will be communicated to you by the delivery company before the package is delivered.
How does 'Pick Up in Store' work?
The 'Pick Up in Store' delivery option is available only for paid orders within the UAE. When you place a 'Pick Up in Store' order and you have paid for it, Garderobe will hold the item for you for a maximum of 3 days.
Returns
Garderobe accepts return requests on eligible items only. Return requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of the delivery date. Items marked "No Returns", "Final Sale", or otherwise identified as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including all original packaging, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, accessories, and any other accompanying materials. Garderobe reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.

Do you guarantee authenticity, quality, and condition of items?
Each item listed on the Garderobe website has been through a detailed assessment by our in-house/external authentication team before it is listed. If there is any doubt about the authenticity of an item, it will not be listed. We also make sure to mention any imperfections or signs of wear on the product page of each listing.
When I buy an item, how do I receive it?
You can either collect your item directly from the Garderobe store, or we will courier the item to you. Shipping costs will be added to your item at checkout. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for more details.
How do I know that the item will be in good condition when I receive it?
We only list pre-loved items (in some cases, items that are new and never used) that adhere to our quality parameters. Where there are imperfections, we make sure to highlight these clearly on the listing.
