Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days from order confirmation. Local orders take about 2-3 days to be delivered. For standard delivery, international orders can take up to 5 working days or more.

We offer a 3 day return policy. If you receive your item and find it to be damaged or not as described, we are happy to offer you a full refund. If your item is received as described but you are not entirely satisfied with the product simply notify us within 3 days of receipt. What does Garderobe accept?
We accept designer handbags, shoes, accessories and clothes. We accept classic luxury brands such as Hermes, Dior, Louis Vuitton and Chanel, as well as items from up-and-coming designers. Please note that the final approval of an item is subject to the physical examination of the item once it has been received by the Garderobe team.
What items may get rejected?
Garderobe is highly committed to ensuring that all parties have a good experience. In order to meet this commitment, we are unable to accept certain items that do not meet our key criteria. This includes:
• Any items that are heavily worn, marked or faulty.
• Certain non-resaleable clothing categories such as lingerie.
• Any brands that are not deemed to be luxury i.e., high-street brands.
• Any items that are believed to be inauthentic/counterfeit goods.
Please note that we have the right to reject items after they have been received. Items are normally rejected if they are received not in the condition that was initially described or if we are not confident of its authenticity.
What happens if an item is rejected after it is received by the Garderobe team?
If this happens, you can either pick up your item from our store at Villa 1224, Al Wasl Road, Umm Suqeim 2, Dubai or we will return it to you via our shipping partners at your expense. Alternatively, we would be happy to donate it to charity on your behalf. Please understand, the Item(s) will be held for 1 week after you have been informed. After the 1 week, you will be charged a fee of AED 25 per day, per Item. If the Item(s) are not collected within 2 weeks, the Items will be claimed as Garderobe’s Property.
